EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by submitting a return request through our store. The withdrawal period will not expire if you submit your request before the 14-day period has ended.

Once we receive your returned item, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days.
